About
I've spent 10 years as a software engineer, the last several focused on front-end work — React.js, Next.js, and WordPress — including AI-first Next.js UIs built with AI-assisted development workflows to ship complex, animated interfaces faster without cutting corners on quality.
In parallel, I'm completing an MS in Data Science at SZABIST, Islamabad. Thesis-I — an improved deep learning framework for multi-class Diabetic Retinopathy grading from fundus images, with a hybrid architecture and post-hoc explainability — has been defended and approved. Thesis-II is in progress.

MS thesis: an improved deep learning framework for automated multi-class grading of Diabetic Retinopathy severity from retinal fundus images, with a hybrid architecture and post-hoc explainability (XAI) for clinically interpretable output. Thesis-I defended and approved.
3-stage deep learning pipeline — plate detection, image enhancement, OCR-based character recognition — built to read plates from low-quality, motion-blurred highway camera footage in real time.
Configured Hadoop in pseudo-distributed mode on Windows and ran MapReduce aggregation jobs; set up Apache Spark and implemented DataFrame-based jobs leveraging in-memory computing for large-scale processing.
